The Tasks UIThe Task application display has three columns:
- : This first column, under the "New task" button, shows the lists of tasks you are subscribed to: your default list "My tasks", as well as other lists you've created or you've subscribed to (via settings)

Task listsBy default, you have one list named "My tasks" and you can create as many additional lists as you like. You can also subscribe to lists other users share with you via settings. To add a new list, enter your name in the "Add..." box at the bottom of and press <Enter> to confirm:
A list's tasks are arranged according to their status in drop-down sub-lists:
- COMPLETED: list of completed tasks
- LATE: highlights the uncompleted tasks whose due date has passed
- THIS WEEK: tasks whose due date is in the current week
- THIS MONTH: tasks whose due date is in the current month, excluding the current week
TasksCreating tasksThe button opens the create task form. The new task is added to the current list:
- Summary: task name or short description
- Date start: date on which the task is to start
- Due date: planned due date
- Priority: low, average (default), high
- State: current completion status: not started, completed, in progress, cancelled
- % Complete: allows you to keep track of a task's progress by entering a completion percentage
- Completion date: effective completion date
- Location
- Tag: Tags are shared with the contacts and calendar applications. Your own tags as well as the domain's tasks are available
- Description: more extensive task description, useful or additional information
- Reminder: sets a reminder for the task's start date
Once you've filled in and saved the form, the task is shown in the list and the button appears at the top of the form. Modifying tasksTo edit a task: - Click it in the list
- Make the changes in the form
- Click at the top left of the editing form to validate
To copy or move a task to another list: - Click or
- Choose the list from the drop-down menu
- Click at the top left of the editing form to validate
Completing a taskBlueMind gives you several ways to mark a task as completed: - Click the button in the task editing form
- Use the "State" drop-down list in the task editing form:

Integration with the calendarIn the Calendar, tasks are shown as calendars. Lists are grouped in a "Todolists" sub-menu on the left and tasks are shown at the top, as all-day events, on their due date. Additionally, you can choose to display a task pane to the right of the page which shows the list of tasks and gives you access to key task features:

Die Aufgabenverwaltung ist eine Anwendung mit 3 Spalten:

- Image Removed : In der ersten Spalte befinden sich unter der Schaltfläche "Neue Aufgabe" die Aufgabenlisten, die der Benutzer abonniert hat: seine Standardliste "Meine Aufgaben" und andere Listen, die er erstellt hat oder die er (über die Verwaltung der Einstellungen) abonniert hat.
- Image Removed : In der zweiten Spalte befinden sich die in der ausgewählten Liste enthaltenen Aufgaben. Die Aktionsschaltfläche am oberen Rand der Spalte gestattet, Aufgaben aus der Liste zu exportieren oder in die Liste zu importieren.
- Image Removed : In der dritten Spalte, dem Hauptanzeigebereich, wird das Formular der in der zweiten Spalte ausgewählten Aufgabe angezeigt.
Aufgabenlisten
Der Benutzer hat standardmäßig eine Liste „Meine Aufgaben“ und kann beliebig viele weitere Listen anlegen. Er kann zudem über seine Einstellungsverwaltung Listen abonnieren, die andere Benutzer mit ihm teilen.
Um eine neue Liste hinzuzufügen, geben Sie ihren Namen in das Feld „Hinzufügen...“ am unteren Rand von Image Removed ein und drücken Sie zur Bestätigung die Eingabetaste:

In der Liste erscheinen die Aufgaben nach ihrem Status sortiert in ausklappbaren Unterlisten:

- COMPLETED: listet abgeschlossene Aufgaben auf
- VERSPÄTET: zeigt unerledigte Aufgaben, die ihr Fälligkeitsdatum überschritten haben

- DIESER MONAT: Aufgaben mit Fälligkeitsdatum im kommenden Monat ab der folgenden Woche
Die Aufgaben
Erstellung
Die Taste Image Removed ermöglicht den Zugriff auf das Formular zum Erstellen einer Aufgabe, die dann in der aktuellen Liste angelegt wird:

- Titel: Name oder Zusammenfassung der Aufgabe
- Startdatum: Datum, an dem die Aufgabe beginnen soll
- Fällig am: Voraussichtliches Enddatum
- Priorität: niedrig, normal (Standard), hoch
- Status: aktueller Ausführungsstatus: nicht gestartet, abgeschlossen, in Bearbeitung, abgebrochen
- Fortschritt: der Prozentsatz der Fertigstellung einer Aufgabe kann während der Ausführung eingegeben werden
- Abgeschlossen am: effektives Enddatum
- Ort
- Tag: Tags werden mit den Kontakt- und Kalenderanwendungen geteilt, die zugänglichen Tags sind die der Domäne oder des Benutzers.
- Beschreibung: ausführlichere Beschreibung der Aufgabe, nützliche oder zusätzliche Informationen
- Alarm: Erinnerung, dass die Aufgabe in Angriff genommen werden muss
Nachdem das Formular ausgefüllt und gespeichert wurde, erscheint die Aufgabe in der Liste und die Schaltfläche Image Removed ist am oberen Rand des Formulars verfügbar.
Änderung
So bearbeiten Sie eine Aufgabe:
- in der Liste anklicken
- die gewünschten Änderungen im Formular vornehmen
- klicken auf Image Removed oben links im Ausgabeformular, um zu validieren
So kopieren oder verschieben Sie eine Aufgabe in eine andere Liste:
- klicken auf Image Removed oder Image Removed
- wählen Sie die gewünschte Liste im Dropdown-Menü
- Klicken auf Image Removed oben links im Bearbeitungsformular, um zu validieren
Eine Aufgabe abschließen
BlueMind bietet mehrere Möglichkeiten, um eine erledigte Aufgabe abzuschließen:
- klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Image Removed des Bearbeitungsformulars der Aufgabe
- verwenden Sie die Dropdown-Liste „Status“ im Bearbeitungsformular:

Löschung
So löschen Sie eine Aufgabe:

Integration in den Kalender
Im Kalender werden die Aufgaben in Kalenderform dargestellt. Die Listen werden im Untermenü „To-Do-Listen“ gruppiert und die Aufgaben werden im oberen Teil der Ansicht als ganztägige Ereignisse an ihrem Fälligkeitsdatum dargestellt. Zusätzlich kann der Benutzer einen Bereich auf der rechten Seite der Seite anzeigen, um die Aufgaben in Listenform zu sehen und auf die Hauptfunktionen zuzugreifen:
