Présentation

Via une fonctionnalité expérimentale, BlueMind permet de consulter plusieurs agendas sur les smartphones.

Cette fonctionnalité est à utiliser avec précaution : certains dysfonctionnements connus n'ont pas à ce jour de résolution.

Fonctionnement

Afin que les calendriers qui ont été partagés apparaissent, il faut en premier lieu s'y abonner dans BlueMind via la gestion des paramètres : Paramètres > Agenda > Abonnements.

Limitations connues

Android : Google Agenda

Sous Android, tous les agendas partagés remontent dans la même couleur, rendant impossible la différenciation visuelle des événements par agenda.

Solution : Installer une application tierce permettant de choisir des couleurs différentes par agenda.

Samsung : SPlanner

Dans l'application SPlanner de Samsung, tous les agendas partagés sont fusionnés dans l'agenda de l'utilisateur.

Solution : installer et utiliser l'application Android par défaut Google Agenda.

NB : avec certains appareils/versions les événements des agendas secondaires n'apparaissent pas du tout dans l'application SPlanner

For shared calendars to be displayed, users must first subscribe to them in BlueMind, in Parameters > Calendar > Subscriptions.

Android: Google Calendar

On Android, all shared calendars are shown in the same color

as the user's calendar. To select a different color, you must install the app: 

, which makes it impossible to tell different calendars apart.

Solution: Install a third-party app which lets users choose different colors for different calendars.

Samsung: SPlanner

In Samsung

's SPlanner app, all shared calendars

The issue having to do with the Samsung sublayer, there is no solution for current Samsung/Android versions.We strongly recommend to fetch calendars with read rights only. When users have read and write rights, the device may make unwanted modifications to events created on the shared calendar.

Solution: Install and use Android's default app Google Calendar.

Note: In some devices/versions, events from secondary calendars are not shown at all in the SPlanner app
